As a Full-Time Mental Health Technician at Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, you will exemplify teamwork by executing routine and assigned tasks within our outpatient programs, ensuring a seamless patient experience. Your role will involve documenting patients' observed behaviors, vital signs, and any significant occurrences, as well as assisting nurses and activity directors with essential therapeutic interventions. Flexibility in your work schedule may be required to guarantee coverage, promoting a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities also include coordinating lunch distribution, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen post-meal, and attending to patients' needs during lunchtime. Additionally, you will provide compassionate care to patients in daily living activities such as diaper changes, bathing, and feeding, while overseeing the overall cleanliness of the facility to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
