Mental Health Technician - PRN
About The Position
Our MHT's work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide clerical and patient care activities in the treatment and care of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. MHT's Manage behavioral problems, facilitate education and activity groups and are active participants of the treatment team. Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is an innovative behavioral health hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the people of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Our 120-bed facility will offer specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens, adults and older adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain
Nice To Haves
- CNA preferred.
