Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
Previous experience working directly with individuals with mental health diagnoses and disabilities.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
Ability to successfully complete all required training programs.
Ability to pass Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI Clearance, Physical Examination, and Drug Screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential services, behavioral health, recovery-oriented care, or human services.
Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care and person-centered practices.
Experience supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses.

Responsibilities

Implement Trauma-Informed Care principles including Safety, Trustworthiness, Choice, Collaboration, and Empowerment.
Support residents in identifying personal goals, overcoming barriers to recovery, and developing positive coping skills.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, medication support, meal planning, budgeting, and community participation.
Transport residents to appointments, employment, educational programs, recreational activities, and community events.
Complete accurate documentation, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
