About The Position

The role assesses clients at the start of treatment and conducts reviews as needed, develops and maintains treatment plans, and provides family collateral and discharge planning. The MHS II also provides direct care to address clients’ physical and psychosocial needs through direct and indirect physical and verbal interaction.
