This position assesses clients at start of engagement/treatment, assesses as needed, develops, and maintains treatment plans, conducts family collateral and discharge planning. The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) is a place where people experiencing a mental health crisis can go to be stabilized. These facilities operate 24/7 to provide crisis stabilization. The CSU will help clients to stabilize and will also provide referrals to other needed services. Transportation is provided as needed.

Requirements

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies.
First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
