About The Position

Limitless Possibilities provides person-centered mental health support to adults through Wisconsin's Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. Support is delivered in individuals' homes, communities, and vocational settings to help them build skills, achieve independence, and work toward personal goals. The role focuses on building genuine connections and empowering individuals as part of a supportive team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Full-time positions typically involve a combination of first- and second-shift hours or third shift. Casual positions may offer a variety of shifts. Full-time employees work every other weekend; casual employees must be available on weekends. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age to drive for the company; some positions are available for individuals under 21.
Ability to pass a background check.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Full-time employees work every other weekend; casual employees must have weekend availability.

Help individuals develop daily living, communication, problem-solving, and recovery skills.
