This role involves coordinating and supervising one to two residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. The two key priorities are supervising and training mental health specialists and ensuring all program aspects are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
