At Dungarvin, we are a national company comprised of caring, passionate, and dedicated team members working together to offer top-notch, community-based support. Our mission is to provide exceptional assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those facing mental health, behavioral, or significant medical challenges. We pride ourselves on creating customized solutions tailored to the unique aspirations, dreams, goals, and needs of each person we serve, supported by Medicaid and Community Support Waivers. Since our founding in 1976 in Minnesota, we have expanded to fifteen states, driven by the belief that empowering people with disabilities enhances their quality of life. This role involves the coordination and supervision of one to two residential programs specializing in supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. The two key priorities are supervising and training mental health specialists and ensuring all program aspects are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible.
