About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Clinician in Lagrange, GA to provide community-based Functional Family Therapy (FFT) and MST (Multisystemic Therapy) services. This role involves delivering mental health services to youth and their families using evidence-based models throughout different stages of treatment. Services are provided in participants' homes and are designed for youth requiring intensive community-based intervention, those at risk or with a history of out-of-home placement, and/or those involved with the community justice system.

Requirements

Master’s or Bachelors degree in social work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), psychology, counseling, education, or other relevant human service profession preferred; required for site supervisor position.

Responsibilities

Carry a caseload as assigned.
Actively participate as part of a therapy team, including attending weekly team and individual supervision meetings.
Assist families by actively referring them to appropriate services and supports, and with both clinical and concrete services.
Make case progress notes as required.
Participate in all training, supervision, and consultation activities.
