About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional Trainer to join their team. This role is responsible for all new hire Mental Health Professional training, including Netsmart myAvatar, documentation, clinical services, crisis intervention, and agency policies and procedures. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider, serving 41 Arkansas counties with a wide range of services. This position is full-time, exempt (salaried), and reports to the Clinical Vice President.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling or social work
Current independent Arkansas license (PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPE)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Mental Health Professional
Excellent clinical, organization, and presentation skills
A passion for training and development of other Mental Health Professionals
Effective written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multitask and problem solve as needed
The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
Experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical support and training in the Netsmart myAvatar Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Maintain and update Netsmart training materials.
Distribute reports to clinical leadership.
Attend to support and training requests of MHPs and other clinical roles.
Make recommendations on the clinical appropriateness of correction requests.
Provide additional support for tasks related to myAvatar as requested.
Attend the myAvatar CWS calls.
Utilize Netsmart Connect.
Review other resources to support the clinical practices and workflow of the organization.
Responsible for all new hire Mental Health Professional training including Netsmart myAvatar, documentation, clinical services, crisis intervention, agency policies and procedures.
