About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking a Mental Health Professional II to join its Springhill Clinic in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The role provides mental health assessment, counseling, and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. It also involves maintaining accurate clinical records and helping clients understand personal concerns, establish goals, plan activities, and assess personal characteristics relevant to social and educational progress. The position is full-time and salaried, and reports to the Program Coordinator. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work onsite and remotely. Arisa Health is a nonprofit behavioral health provider serving 41 Arkansas counties.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling or social work.
Current Arkansas license as an LPC or LCSW.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.

Nice To Haves

Experience providing services in a behavioral health organization, community mental health organization, or healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

Interview and assess clients for mental health needs.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups to help develop understanding of personal problems and define goals.
Plan activities to assess aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as they relate to personal and social concerns and educational progress.
