The Mental Health Outreach Fellow will assist with social media outreach, tabling events, and collaborations with student organizations. They will shadow the Coordinator of Outreach Services, support the planning and implementation of outreach events, help manage outreach materials, attend committee meetings, and collect feedback to strengthen future programming. In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with functions specific to academic support such as career coaching, tutoring, supplemental instruction. May assist with researching and developing educational or training material(s), identify educational and training needs and provide recommendations, coordinate educational or training sessions, webinars, workshops, recommend and develop departmental processes and procedures, serve as a source to answer questions, provide information and resolve concerns, provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners, lead or present training or other educational topics, create creative content for educational or training materials, and partner or work with department leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission. Ability to comply with University policies. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
