About The Position

Concerted Care Group is seeking skilled, compassionate therapists to join their team. They specialize in comprehensive, evidence-based mental health treatment delivered through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. The role involves building strong therapeutic relationships, delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment, leading Mental Health IOP Groups, facilitating individual and family sessions, and contributing to integrated treatment plans within an innovative behavioral health model. The position is remote and requires a license as an LCPC, LGPC, LCSW, or LMSW in the State of Maryland.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a remote capacity
  • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
  • Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active independent licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
  • Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
  • Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Nice To Haves

  • EMDR experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
  • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
  • Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
  • Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
