We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adult Therapist to join our Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Lansdale, PA. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by facilitating group therapy, providing individual support, and helping adults develop the skills needed to achieve lasting recovery and emotional wellness.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
- Completion of a clinical internship or practicum
Nice To Haves
- Experience facilitating group therapy in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or other outpatient behavioral health setting
- Experience working with adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders
Responsibilities
- Facilitating evidence-based group therapy sessions within the Adult Mental Health IOP
- Providing individual therapy sessions as clinically appropriate
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Supporting adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment interventions as needed
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Participating in treatment team meetings and care coordination
- Supporting program development and performing additional clinical responsibilities as assigned
