Porchlight is proud to be part of the evolving Kent & Medway mental health support landscape. As part of the Live Well Kent & Medway network, we deliver a service called Living Better that supports those with enduring mental health issues, as well as people with complex social factors that are affecting their personal recovery and ability to live independently with confidence. As a Mental Health & Housing Navigator, you’ll work one-to-one with clients to co-produce personalised recovery plans that reflect their goals, aspirations, and challenges. You’ll help people build resilience, improve mental health insight, and navigate housing issues. You’ll also work closely with a wide range of partners across health, social care, and the voluntary sector to ensure joined-up, effective support. This is a community-based role that requires independence, initiative, and a strong commitment to recovery-focused practice. You’ll be part of a passionate and supportive team, helping to shape a service that truly meets people where they are.
