About The Position

You'll be working in one of our Customized Living Programs in Minneapolis supporting people living with a variety of mental health needs. You will oversee the safety and well-being of our clients, providing services such as: Medication administration Assistance with problem solving/additional support Documentation of happenings throughout your shift Completing light cleaning tasks within office area You will work as a team with other DSPs, Housekeepers/Home Health Aides, Program Leaders, and Nurses to provide a safe living environment for all clients. Our clients do not need assistance with personal cares.

Requirements

Must pass a Department of Human Services background check
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
Understanding of basic computer functionality
At least 6 months of full-time OR 1 year of part-time work experience (for starting at $18)
At least 2 years of full-time work experience with at least 6 months of relevant work experience (for starting at $19)
At least 3 years of full-time work experience with at least 1 year of relevant work experience (for starting at $20)
At least 4 years of full-time work experience with at least 2 years of relevant work experience (for starting at $21)
