Join MHP’s crisis services team providing crisis support to children, teens, adults, and older adults. This role is suited to a clinician who is prepared to work in crisis and potentially chaotic environments and who values supportive teamwork, personal and professional growth, and clinical development. The role is not remote and reports directly to the Manager of Acute Services. Multiple shift schedules are available, each consisting of three 12-hour shifts and a 36-hour work week: Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., or Friday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Each schedule provides four consecutive days off. The base pay range is $34.04–$41.14 per hour, depending on licensure status. Overnight shifts (8:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.) are eligible for a 25% shift differential, with an additional 5% differential for weekend hours (Friday 8:00 p.m.–Monday 8:00 a.m.). Annual salary ranges are $63,722–$66,961 for an unlicensed therapist and $73,288–$77,014 for a licensed therapist. The position is unionized and represented by SEIU Local 105. As a condition of employment, employees must receive an annual influenza vaccine; accommodations may be requested. The posting is expected to remain open at least until August 10, 2026, and may remain open longer while a sufficient candidate pool is collected.
