Key Position Details: Schedule: .75 FTE Evening shift 10-hour shifts Shift choice of 2pm - midnight OR 3p - 1am (weekdays) and 1p-11p (every other weekend) $3750 retention bonus + 30 hours frontloaded PTO

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health profession
2+ years experience in a behavioral health setting
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist - MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy required upon hire or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - MN Board of Behavioral Health & Therapy required upon hire or Licensed Psychologist-MN Board of Psychology required upon hire

Nice To Haves

Direct clinical experience in a hospital, mental health, or clinic setting
1 year crisis management skills in hospital, clinic, or managed care setting

Responsibilities

Consult with the emergency department team to deliver rapid clinical assessments and disposition recommendations for individuals presenting in mental health or substance use crises.
Provide written level‑of‑care recommendations and coordinate placement, treatment planning, and referrals to ensure timely and appropriate follow‑up.
Apply organizational admission criteria to determine appropriate levels of care and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and community partners to support safe, effective care transitions.
