About The Position

Griffith Centers is launching a new outpatient behavioral health program and seeks clinicians to help build it while providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and families. The program offers community-based care in a collaborative, supportive, trauma-informed environment. Employment begins on a part-time basis while clinicians establish their caseloads. Scheduled hours depend on referrals, client demand, and active caseload, and a minimum number of weekly hours is not guaranteed. Clinicians may become eligible for full-time status as demand and caseload grow, subject to organizational needs, available work, performance expectations, and management approval. Full-time status is generally anticipated when clinicians maintain approximately 30 billable hours per week. The position provides individual and family therapy in an office-based outpatient setting, alongside assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with internal and community partners. Starting pay is $33 per hour as a W-2 employee. Griffith Centers-approved clinicians providing services in a language other than English may receive a $2-per-hour differential for qualifying sessions. Eligible employees may receive benefits subject to plan terms, employee classification, hours worked, and company policy. Eligible licensed clinicians may apply for federal student loan repayment programs through HRSA/NHSC; awards are determined by HRSA/NHSC and are not guaranteed by Griffith Centers.
