About The Position
AG Globe Services is hiring a Mental Health Counselor for a psychiatric role at a healthcare facility in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The position is a 13-week contract, with extensions available based on performance. The schedule is 32 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule: Week 1 is Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; Week 2 is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The listed shift hours are 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, while the rotating schedule lists 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. Pay starts at $56 per hour. The role is limited to local candidates. Requirements
- Local candidates only.
- At least 1–2 years of work-related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field.
- Works cooperatively and effectively with others and adapts to workplace changes.
- Maintains current professional status.
- Can respond to common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies or other service providers.
- Can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
