This role involves providing mental health services, consultation, and training to staff and program participants. The consultant will conduct initial and follow-up clinical assessments and mental health screenings, identify and diagnose mental health conditions, and review medical documentation to support evaluations. The position requires performing biopsychosocial evaluations, collaborating with various health staff, and preparing clinical assessment reports. The consultant will also interpret clinical findings for individualized service plans, utilize motivational interviewing techniques, and participate in team meetings to improve processes. Additionally, the role includes delivering mental health education sessions and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
