About The Position

The Bradley Center is seeking confident professionals for its growing Outpatient Program to provide help to students in need of social emotional skills related to mental health needs. Services will be provided in identified school districts and will involve close collaboration with school district personnel, including teachers, school counselors, and special education coordinators. The program offers therapy, psychiatric, and med management services to children, adults, and families.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline required
Completion of a clinical practicum required
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or other human services related fields may be considered
Valid Pennsylvania counseling license (inclusive of LCSW, LMFT, LPC or psychologist) preferred
NCC or LSW preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

Works in collaboration with school personnel to assess and implement interventions that meet the needs of the student body
Organizes and facilitates therapeutic support based on topics that meet the needs of students
Attends and participates in Outpatient Services clinical and team meetings
Creates a safe space for students to manage and regulate their feelings and behaviors
Provides crisis support during school hours
Facilitates the development and implementation of a wellness, crisis and/or relapse prevention plan
Collaborates with school personnel related to student behavior
May be asked to attend or participate in educational meetings
Provides individual and/or group therapy
