Requirements
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license that allows you to practice in the state of Colorado.
- If you are an LPN, you must also have an IV Certification in the state.
- All direct care staff must be CPR certified prior to beginning employment
- Valid Driver’s License with No Restrictions
- CPR certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Training in Verbal De-Escalation and/or Mental Health
- Minimum of 2 Years of Relevant Nursing Experience
