This position has primary responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to individuals and their families referred to Community Services. Services may include engagement, assessment, evaluation, individual/family/group therapy, and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support staff. In addition, the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information. The program serves youth aged 6-18 years old and addresses a variety of mental health issues. Services are provided throughout Santa Clara County and can include telehealth, community, clinic, and home-based settings.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a mental health field
  • One (1) year of experience in a mental health field (MHSII); experience preferred with individuals in residential or outpatient settings.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field (MHSIII); experience preferred with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings.
  • Current BBS registration as an Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) OR awaiting BBS registration number (MHSII)
  • LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in California (MHSIII)
  • Valid California Driver's License.
  • Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.
  • Spanish Bilingual
