About The Position

We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, or LADCI) who wants meaningful behavioral health work, a manageable outpatient caseload, and a schedule that supports life outside of work. You’ll step into an outpatient behavioral health role providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, parent-child conflict, and serious mental illness. You’ll have built-in administrative time and the support of a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• Clear and active Massachusetts LMHC, LICSW, or LADCI license.
• Comfortable providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Clinical skills to treat anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and serious mental illness.
• Value collaborative, team-based behavioral healthcare.
• Committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Fully licensed new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, parent-child conflict, and serious mental illness.
• Managing a caseload of up to 28 patients per week.
• Utilizing built-in administrative time.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
