About The Position

We’re hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LMHCA, or LICSW) who wants mission-driven work, schedule stability, and long-term financial security supported by an exceptional retirement match. Requirements

• Hold or be eligible for an active Washington LMHC, LMHCA, or LICSW license.
• Comfortable working with both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Comfortable providing brief, solution-focused interventions.
• Value integrated, team-based behavioral healthcare.
• Passionate about providing behavioral health services within the community.
