Our integrated, team-based approach includes individual, family, and couples counseling, group therapy, medication management, neurofeedback, and outpatient substance use treatment. Together, these services support whole-person wellness and promote lasting recovering, for our clients and the community we serve. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
Requirements
- Have a Masters Degree in a Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or other relevant clinical degree from an accredited college of university.
- Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
- Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues.
- Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines.
- Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals.
- Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines.
- Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make information choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to problem solve and negotiate tasks of daily living.
- Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency standards; confirm coding of services rendered is ethically appropriate and results in successful billing.
- Learn, utilize, and support fidelity of any evidence-based practices within assigned program to ensure effective interventions with clints.
