Requirements

Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related field.
Currently Rostered in the State of Vermont, actively working toward your full licensure (LCMHC or similar).
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to engage deeply in the supervisory process.
Thrive in interdisciplinary settings—huddles and consultations are where you sharpen your clinical skills.
Have a solid academic foundation and a passion for working with substance use (SUD) and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, etc.) to a diverse, rural population under the guidance of experienced staff.
Participate in daily team huddles and case conferences—you’ll be a valued voice in an interdisciplinary medical team.
Act as a resource for our medical team, bringing a trauma-informed lens to the clinic’s approach to socioeconomic barriers and whole-person health.
Provide critical support for patients, learning to navigate crisis intervention and complex care coordination.
