We are currently seeking part-time to full-time, licensed mental health clinicians to join our growing outpatient practice with five locations across Austin, TX.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Texas license (Required) ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC Associate, LMSW, or LMFT Associate).
- Independent or dependent practice status.
- Master’s degree (Required) or doctoral degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with HIPAA and Texas regulations
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Manage a full-time outpatient caseload
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff as needed
- Maintain active licensure, continuing education, and professional standards
