Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW) is a non-profit organization dedicated to partnering with individuals, families, and communities for health, justice, and hope across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Within Benton/Franklin Counties, our Mental Health Clinicians in the outpatient department conduct vital mental health assessments, crisis intervention, case planning, and service coordination for youth, ages 5 to 21, with identified mental health needs, contributing to our mission. Collaborate closely with Case Managers, MA-Cs, and ARNPs to assess youth, provide crisis management, individual therapy, and make appropriate referrals. Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to determine treatment needs. Deliver clinical services using evidence-based practice models. Utilize effective crisis intervention techniques to ensure client stabilization while fostering strong relationships with external agencies such as hospitals, medical clinics, DCYF, and schools. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all progress notes and required documentation. Participate actively in mandatory training sessions to maintain professional development and consistently meet productivity expectations. Demonstrate a high level of cultural competence and professionalism in all cross-cultural interactions, while strictly adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
