Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. We provide evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing a range of behavioral health issues. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, we are dedicated to the belief that recovery is possible and that our clients can lead fulfilling lives. Our Youth and Adult Services (YAS) outpatient program aims to improve symptoms and resolve situational disturbances for clients in relational, occupational, and vocational areas. Services are provided by Mental Health Professionals (MHPs) with specialized training in therapy theories and techniques. Treatment is a voluntary, collaborative partnership with the client, potentially including family or others at the client's request, to support daily life stability. Services are tailored to the client's age, strengths, and cultural background. Examples of services include Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Peer Support Services, and Child and Family Services. In this role, you will deliver trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy within an FBH outpatient program. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing therapeutic interventions, developing and implementing recovery care plans, educating clients, advocating for them, and conducting risk assessments while monitoring progress towards goals in virtual, office, or community-based settings.
