Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. FBH offers evidence-based treatment for a wide range of behavioral health issues to adults, youth, and seniors. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH is dedicated to client recovery and helping individuals lead fulfilling lives. The Youth and Adult Services (YAS) Outpatient program aims to improve client symptoms and resolve situational disturbances related to relational, occupational, or vocational concerns. Services are provided by Mental Health Professionals (MHPs) with specialized training in therapy theories and techniques. Treatment is a voluntary, collaborative partnership with the client, potentially including family or other support persons at the client's request. Services are tailored to the client's age, strengths, and cultural background. Examples of services include Individual Therapy (insight-oriented, behavior-modifying, or supportive psychotherapy), Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Peer Support Services, and Child and Family Services. In this role, you will provide trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy within an FBH outpatient program. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing therapeutic interventions, developing and implementing recovery care plans, educating clients, advocating for clients, conducting risk assessments, and measuring client progress in virtual, office, or community-based settings.
