Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. They offer evidence-based treatment for adults, youth, and seniors facing behavioral health challenges. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in client recovery and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives. The Adult Outpatient Services (AOP) program utilizes a person-centered model to assist individuals aged 18 and older experiencing mental health issues. The program focuses on aligning treatment objectives with evidence-based clinical practices and therapeutic relationships that foster resiliency and recovery. Services include individual and group therapy, psychoeducational classes, special population consultations, case management, psychiatric medication management, and peer support. In this role, the clinician will provide trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy within an FBH outpatient program. They will be part of a multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing recovery care plans, providing client education, advocating for clients, and conducting risk assessments to measure client progress in virtual, office, or community-based settings.
