About The Position
Savens Healthcare Solutions is seeking Master’s-level Clinicians to join its outpatient mental health team in Methuen, Massachusetts. The role provides therapy and support services to a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clinicians work under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with diverse populations, including pediatrics, special education, and underserved communities.
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and confidentiality protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals.
- Implement treatment plans and interventions in accordance with clinical standards and agency protocols.
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress throughout treatment.
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers, primary care providers, and external community partners.
