As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH is dedicated to helping clients lead fulfilling lives. This specific role is within the Adult Outpatient mental health services, aiming to improve client symptoms and resolve situational disturbances related to relational, occupational, or vocational concerns. Services are provided by Mental Health Professionals (MHPs) with specialized training in therapy theories and techniques. Treatment is a voluntary, collaborative partnership with the client, potentially including family or others at the client's request. Services are tailored to the client's age, strengths, and cultural framework, and can be short-term or long-term. The position involves providing trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy, participating in a multidisciplinary team, developing recovery care plans, client education, advocacy, risk assessment, and progress monitoring in virtual, office, or community-based settings.
