About The Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a clinical supervisor to help launch and oversee a New Journeys First Episode Psychosis (FEP) program in their Lynnwood clinic. The FEP program is an evidenced-based model of care. This position will be responsible for implementation, monitoring operations, and providing clinical supervision to a team of 5. The Clinical Supervisor will lead regular team clinical meetings and supervise other team clinicians. Responsibilities include outreach and community education, developing strong referral sources, and leading the screening process for referrals. The supervisor will be the primary contact for participants and families, spearheading efforts to engage them in treatment. This dual role also involves serving as the family education provider, using shared decision-making with individuals and their families to provide education about psychosis and its management, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and encourage a strengths-based, recovery-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling or social sciences.
  • At least 5 years of clinical practice and/or clinical management experience in the field of behavioral health.
  • Must meet the state clinical supervisor requirement.
  • LMHC, LMFT, LSW, or other related licensure required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or possess a COVID vaccine exemption.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
