About The Position

This position involves assisting individuals in accessing medical, social, educational, and other necessary resources. Key responsibilities include providing rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, and crisis services. The role also requires thorough documentation of client progress and the provision of supported employment and telemedicine services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field, including psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, special education, nursing or medicine
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Personal liability insurance as required by the state of Texas
• Working computer skills including Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the qualified human services fields noted above
• Two years of related work experience in a mental health setting
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and DSM V
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
