About The Position

This role involves assisting individuals in accessing essential resources such as medical, social, and educational services. Key responsibilities include providing rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. The position also requires thorough documentation of client progress, supported employment services, and telemedicine services. A valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record, personal liability insurance as required by Texas state law, and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office are mandatory.

Requirements

Valid Texas driver's license

Bachelors or better in Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology
