About The Position

Responsibilities include provision of rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, crisis services, as well as documentation of client progress. Also provides supported employment and telemedicine services. Requires travel within the local service area.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field, including psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, special education, nursing or medicine
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Personal automobile liability insurance as required by the state of Texas
Working computer skills including Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in one of the qualified human services fields noted above
Two years of related work experience in a mental health setting
Knowledge of psychotropic medications and DSM V
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
