About The Position

This role involves assisting individuals in accessing essential resources such as medical, social, and educational services. Key responsibilities include providing rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. The position also requires thorough documentation of client progress and offers supported employment and telemedicine services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field (psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, human development, gerontology, educational psychology, special education, nursing or medicine)
• Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Personal liability insurance as required by the state of Texas
• Working computer skills including Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a qualified human services field
• Two years of related work experience in a mental health setting
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and DSM V
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
