Provides intervention and continuity of care to patients with behavioral health concerns and/or severe psycho-social stressors. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral science field; preferably in mental health related field such as social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, and/or social sciences or equivalent education/experience.
  • Annual training in Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) within 60 days of hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
  • 2 years experience providing direct care assistance to individuals with behavioral health concerns and/or severe psycho-social stressors and/or Development Disabilities and/or healthcare setting.

  • Crisis Intervention or emergency experience.
