About The Position

The Mental Health Associate acts as a supportive member of the team, performing delegated tasks within the scope of their education and training. Work includes supportive listening, leading educational groups, and specifically assigned patient-care tasks, particularly those involving physical intervention, safety, and maintaining a therapeutic milieu. The position reports to the RN/Nurse Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant job-related experience.

• Associate and/or bachelor's degree in psychology, human behavior, or a related field.
• One year of direct, job-related experience.
