About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare is hiring a full-time Mental Health Associate at High Focus Centers in Parsippany, New Jersey. The role supports individuals in behavioral healthcare and recovery by helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environment. The associate works alongside licensed clinicians and a multidisciplinary team, supporting group, individual, and family treatment services and gaining hands-on experience in behavioral healthcare. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with staggered shifts. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to drive a company van.

Responsibilities

Support and monitor clients throughout the treatment day.
Assist with group and psychoeducational sessions.
Supervise breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activities.
Support the team during behavioral health or crisis situations.
Assist with urine screenings and related documentation.
Complete routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasks.
Communicate client concerns and observations to the treatment team.
Build professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries.
Use trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches.
Participate in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing education.
Provide transportation support when assigned.
