About The Position

Skamania Lodge is seeking a Men's Locker Room Attendant to help maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready spa, fitness, pool, locker room, treatment room, and guest areas. The role includes replenishing towels, robes, linens, amenities, and supplies; supporting guests with facility information and requests; maintaining laundry operations and monitoring linen inventory; inspecting facilities for cleanliness, safety, and readiness; and monitoring pool and hot tub areas for concerns. The attendant must be comfortable interacting professionally with male guests who may be dressing or undressed, as the role regularly requires working in an occupied men's locker room.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable interacting professionally with male guests who may be dressing or undressed.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality, spa, wellness, housekeeping, or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly enter and remain in the locker room while the facility is open and occupied by male guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa, fitness, pool, locker room, treatment room, and guest areas.
• Replenish towels, robes, linens, amenities, and operational supplies throughout each shift.
• Provide guests with information, assist with facility usage, and respond to requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain laundry operations and monitor linen inventory levels.
• Conduct routine inspections of spa, fitness, and pool facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness.
• Monitor pool and hot tub areas and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
