MEN'S LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT (Seasonal)
About The Position
North Hills Country Club is looking to hire an attendant for our men's locker room. Duties include, but are not limited to- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of men's locker room and surrounding areas Assisting members and guests with locker rentals, towel services, and other amenities Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed Providing excellent member and guest services and addressing customer concerns or requests Adhering to safety and security protocols and reporting any incidents Adherent to locker room policies and procedures Assisting with special member golf events as needed Ordering Locker Room Supplies. Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills to interact with members, guests, and co-workers
- Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation methods to maintain an immaculate environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail to ensure the locker room is clean and organized
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Provide member, guest assistance, and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Dependability and punctuality to ensure the locker room is staffed and ready for members and guests at all times
