ABOUT BALTIMORE COUNTRY CLUB Baltimore Country Club was founded in 1898 and it was a success from the start, with 600 members enjoying its 150-acre facility less than five miles from downtown Baltimore. Just one year after opening, the Club gained immediate recognition in the golf world by hosting the fifth United States Open Championship. Today the Club is over 3,300 members strong with two campuses. It is widely recognized as one of the top 50 country clubs in the nation and top 100 in the world. Requirements

  • Only male candidates will be considered.
  • Flexible availability, and ability to work early mornings, and weekends.
  • Minimum age of 16 years old.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be a quick thinker, vigilant, and effective problem solver.
  • Must be able to work as a team player.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
  • Must be adaptable in a continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous locker room experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a Country Club, hotel, or retirement community is strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform the activities and services available to our members and guests who use the locker room facilities.
  • Be a point of contact for members and guests and assisting them with their needs.
  • Manage locker assignments, issuing lockers, maintaining an inventory of assigned and available lockers and repairing/notifying engineering of any maintenance items.
  • Provide shoe service to the members and guests including replacing golf spikes and shoe shines.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the locker rooms, cleaning and dusting the locker room facilities.
  • Maintain the inventory of linens and supplies needed and uses in the locker rooms.
