About The Position
Ashton of Wildwood, a Sonida Senior Living community in Wildwood, Florida, is seeking a Memory Trails Director for its assisted living and memory care community. The role focuses on planning resident-centered programming, training staff in Magnolia Trails principles, maintaining resident safety, supporting families, and providing tours to prospective residents and their families.
Requirements
- Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- College credits required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
- Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
- Ensure a safe environment for residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
- Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
- Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
