About The Position

Creekside Retirement Community is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in memory care. The role focuses on helping seniors with daily living, maintaining their dignity, and building meaningful connections. It also involves documenting care, collaborating with the team, and participating in resident events and activities.

Requirements

Current Texas CNA certification or a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide license.
A heart for service and a team-oriented approach.
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections.

Nice To Haves

High school graduation or equivalent is desired.
Completion of a Texas Certified Nursing Aide program.
One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities.
Provide residents with kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear.
Complete documentation and work as part of a team to keep care running smoothly.
Participate in events and activities with residents.
