About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, IN. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, observing their interests and abilities to develop engagement plans, and managing the physical environment to enhance their daily experience. You will act as a life partner to residents, assisting with all facets of daily life from waking to sleep, and be responsible for documenting resident care and changes in condition. Additionally, you will assist with the orientation of new team members in memory care neighborhoods. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are.
Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
Be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day by managing the physical environment, from preparing dining rooms to setting up for events and preparing resident rooms for nighttime routines.
Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they go to sleep.
Be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
