Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees! We are looking for someone who can be an "Advocate of Empathy," understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. This role also requires being a "Patient Observer" to discover residents’ interests, abilities, and collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans. As a "Master of the Mise en Scène," you will be responsible for setting the stage for a successful day, from preparing dining rooms to setting up event spaces and resident rooms. You will also act as a "Life Partner," assisting residents with all facets of their daily lives. Excellent documentation of resident care and changes in condition is crucial, as is assisting with the orientation of new team members in memory care neighborhoods.
